Nearly 400 already signed up for annual Bike4Life ride out from Shrewsbury to RAF Cosford
More than 370 people signed up for next year's Bike4Life Ride Out in the first two day of ticket sales.
When the event, which is organised the Midlands Air Ambulance, first launched eight years ago, only 154 people took part. In April this year more than 3,500 motorcycles rode from Meole Brace in Shrewsbury to the festival at RAF Cosford.
More than 10,000 people were present at the festival.
Next year's event takes place on April 22.
Jason Levy, chair of the organising committee, and fundraising and marketing director for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, said that the event provides vital funds for the service.
He said: "The level of interest is testament to Bike4Life Ride Out and Festival becoming one of the most anticipated events to kick start the motorcycle season.
"It also demonstrates the amazing support we receive from the motorcycle and local communities. Last year, we raised £73,800 towards our lifesaving air ambulance operations, which helped to fund 30 vital missions. The Ride Out takes in a 23-mile route from Meole Brace in Shrewsbury to RAF Cosford in Shropshire, home to the Bike4Life Festival.
Previously the Ride Out which was led by world Superbike champion and racing legend, Carl Fogarty, motorcycle and truck racing legend, Steve Parrish, adventure motorcyclist and author, Nick Sanders, and Boyzone popstar and professional drift driver Shane Lynch.
The festival includes live bands, a range of displays in the arena, a biker safety village, food and stalls.
