Oswestry Heritage and Exhibition Centre have unveiled their latest exhibition for the month, featuring works from artists Richard Mountford and Vicki Billinge.

Mr Mountford's works largely comprise of oil paintings, while Ms Billinge creates detailed paper-cut pictures of various subjects.

Sue Miller, exhibition coordinator for the centre, said their pair's works are "well worth a look".

She said: "Both artists are equally talented but their works are completely different, so I'd highly recommend everyone checking out their work. They're well worth a look.

"Richard Mountford is a talented painter, who does a lot of work in oils, and captures still life, as well as males and females, and animals, such as cows and horses."

She added: "While Vicki creates very intricate and very impressive paper cut outs, there's one she's created of a dragonfly, which is just fantastic. It's so detailed, it really is fantastic."

The pair's work will be on display at the centre until May 27.

The centre on Church Terrace in Oswestry is open from Monday to Saturday between 10am and 4pm.
