Rag ‘n’ Bone man says Glastonbury is ‘one of the best days of my life’
Rag ‘n’ Bone Man said he could not believe he was on stage at Glastonbury.
Singer Rag ‘n’ Bone Man thanked his audience for “one of the best days of my life so far” as he rounded off a live set at Glastonbury Festival.
The Human star delighted fans with twists on some of his biggest hits, as well as an unexpected rap performance with special guests – his first ever hip hop band based in Brighton.
He took over The Other Stage on Sunday, the last day of this year’s Somerset event.
Real name Rory Graham, he told the crowd: “This is crazy. I can’t really believe I’m standing here to be honest… someone’s going to tell me it’s a mistake.
“You don’t know what it means for us to be here.
He later concluded: “This has been one of the best days of my life so far,” and asked the entire audience to pose for a photo with him.
He performed tracks from his number one debut solo album, Human, including a rendition of the famous title single with a brass trio for backing.
The star also played a toned down piano version of his other hit number Skin, to roars from the audience.
As he admitted: “That is the most beautiful sound I have ever heard,” the crowd treated him to another cheer.
