Former Glee star Matthew Morrison has penned an adorable message to his newborn baby after becoming a father for the first time.
The actor, 38, and his wife Renee Puente both announced the arrival of their son Revel James Makai Morrison, their first child together, on Instagram.
“Trust in us to guide and protect you always. To lay the tracks so your choo choo train will run smoothly throughout this world.
“You will have all the tools to soar! We love you, and are so thankful for your arrival! The adventures are just beginning…”
Puente shared an image of the baby resting on an adult’s hand.
“My Revel James Makai Morrison, I promise to cherish you, to constantly remind you that you are worthy of love and belonging, to teach you compassion and kindness.

Morrison and Puente tied the knot in 2014.
