Chinese circus to wow the crowds
An internationally acclaimed circus will be setting up camp in Shrewsbury's Quarry next week and will be wowing the crowds with their acrobatic feats.
The Chinese State Circus will be playing from Wednesday to Sunday in its fully heated big top venue.
The circus, which relies on the amazing strength of its performers, transforms everyday objects into hi-tech acrobatic equipment.
Stunning world class Chinese acrobats, aerial artistes and jugglers interact with the super-human physical skills and dexterity of the masters of martial arts and the show also features the legendary Shaolin Warriors.
The non-stop action from start to finish is set to a soaring musical score accompanied by the rhythmic beats of Chinese percussion and it is what has earned the Chinese State Circus the accolade “incomparable”.
