Sonja Belchere, Nigel Jones and Prue Vakin are all set for the Medieval Fair at Ludlow Castle

Organisers say they are expecting almost 20,000 people of all ages into the castle ground.

There will be more than 100 different stalls, two music stages, people in medieval costume, fighting knights and jesters.

Event manager Prue Dakin said: “We’ve got about 100 exhibitors who are selling a variety of wares, food and drink, crafts and gifts. A lot of people will be in medieval costume.

“We’ve got two stages with great entertainment, all sorts of things.

“There will also be fighting knights and jesters.

“It’s very much a family event, we’ve got craft activities for the children and parents to enjoy and they can have a go at archery.”

Ludlow Medieval Fair will run from 10am to 9pm on November 25 and 10am to 4pm on November 26. Visit ludlowmedievalchristmas.co.uk for more information.
