As part of the successful Flicks in the Sticks programme, the show will be on at 5pm and 7.30pm.

A children's film, Smallfoot, will continue the Flicks in the Sticks programme on March 16.

The film starts at 5.30pm with themed crafts, refreshments and a licensed bar available from 4.30pm.

Tickets cost £5 per adult, £3 per child, £15 per family, and booking is advised.

A Quiz afternoon will be held on March 25 between 3pm-4.30pm.

Join the team at the Discovery Centre for a friendly, fun and relaxed afternoon of six quiz rounds and a table round accompanied by tea and cake for just £3.50 per person.

Individuals are welcome and a maximum of four will be allowed in one team. There are prizes for the winners.

Ending the month will be a Wild Garlic Walk on March 31 from 10.30am-1pm.

Visitors will be able to enjoy a morning in the Shropshire countryside learning about a free superfood that grows on our doorstep. Take part in the Wild Garlic Walk and pick your own to use, looking out for wildlife along the way.

Head back to the centre in time for lunch. Centre manager, Grant Wilson will be doing a Wild Garlic Pesto making demo in the afternoon. Pesto will be available to try and buy on the day too. Entrance is free.
