It will be the third time that Shone Productions has brought a panto to Telford, previously performing Sleeping Beauty and Peter Pan.

Tony Discipline, playing Prince Charming, said: “We’re all really excited. I know Shone Productions always put on a good show and it’s my first time in Telford so I’m looking forward to seeing what it has to offer.

“After meeting the cast it’s clear to see we’ve got a really brilliant set of actors and as you know at Oakengates, they like to put on a good show so the audience can expect a lively, funny, interactive show that they’re really going to enjoy.”

"We're one of the most cost effective pantomimes in the region and our audiences grow every year so we're delighted to be welcoming Shone Productions' Cinderella.

"Shone prove year after year how good they are. They've always provided us with some excellent special effects and audience participation and Cinderella is a very popular and traditional pantomime that everybody knows and enjoys, so we can't wait for them to blow us away again."

James Shone, of Shone Productions, said: “We’ve got a flying coach, snow in the audience and a fantastic cast.”
