Lads' days of RAF service

Meet the lads of Hut 27 at RAF Bridgnorth in 1950. The picture was loaned by one of them, Mr Alan Handley, of Marton Drive, Wellington, who is back row, fourth from left.

Mr Handley was in the RAF for two years, going on from Bridgnorth to RAF Henlow.

The names on the back of this print are, back from left: Jacko, Tom, Alf, Alan, Les, Jerry, Jeff, Chas, Eric.

Middle row: Jolly, Ken, Tink, Ginger, George, Douglas, Wilf, Frank, Ken.

Front: Harry, Ken, Les, Corporal Howard, Dave, Jock, Eric.
