Plea over missing man, 24
A 24-year-old man has been reported missing from his Telford home. Andrew William Reed, known as Andy, was last seen by his mother on November 17 when he left his Spring Meadow home to go to New College in Wellington.
She has since spoken to him on the telephone, but Andy refused to say where he was.
Police said earlier this year Andy was reported as missing from a London address and was subsequently found safe and well.
He is 5ft 11in, of slim build, with a pale complexion and short, mousey coloured hair. He had a beard and wears glasses. When last seen, he was wearing a green duffel coat and blue jeans.
His mother describes him as a "troubled young man" and has expressed concern for his welfare. Police said she had appealed for either him or anyone who knows where he is to get in touch on 08457 444888.
