Condover Airfield, near Shrewsbury, comes complete with former runways and a control tower. The tower, which opened in 1942 for use as a fighter satellite watch office, is included with nearly 104 acres of land at Little Berriewood Farm, Condover.
All plots on the land are being sold in seven lots by Shropshire agents Halls.
The concrete-built control tower, which extends to 140 square metres, is described by Shrewsbury & Atcham Borough Council as being of historical interest and worthy of retention.
"The opportunity exists to explore a wide range of alternative uses for the tower, subject to planning permission," said Tom Jones, of Halls.
"The tower is being offered with 6.6 acres of pastureland and there are two other buildings, which are in a poor condition but could be improved.
"Offers in excess of £75,000 are being invited for this lot."
The main runway, which is let on a commercial lease to a timber yard until May 2008, is included in a lot with 36.35 acres of pastureland and carries a guide price of £130,000.
The other five lots comprise parcels of land ranging in size from 1.58 acres to 40 acres and with guide prices from £15,000 to £140,000.
"The land is available as a whole or in up to seven lots, including pony paddocks and larger blocks that will be of interest to farmers," said Mr Jones.
