Malcolm Thomas, 58, was last seen by his family in Hemel Hempstead on May 20 and has not been in touch with them since.

Police and his family are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare, as he has a medical condition and needs essential medication.

Mr Thomas is described as white, about 6ft tall, of stocky build with thinning grey, receding hair and he may have a beard.

He was last seen wearing black trousers, a casual shirt, a jumper and black velcro shoes. Police believe he may be in Albrighton or the Birmingham area.

Constable Stuart Barnett, of the Western Area Missing Persons Unit, said: "Malcolm, if you are listening to this appeal please contact your family or the police and let us know that you are OK.

"If anyone has seen a man matching Malcolm's descri-ption we really need to hear from you."
