No hint on name of hall
Assuming it's still standing, readers in the Welshpool area may be able to identify this old hall straight away.

Unfortunately the postcard, franked in 1913, does not say where it is. We think it is Brooklands Hall, Guilsfield. It was published by W A E Cowley, Groes, Guilsfield.
The writing of the message is very difficult to read, but goes something like: "Derwendage (?), Welshpool. Dear sister, just a line to say (we) are going on very well so far. Feel quite at home. Write soon again. You write back and let me know how John (?) managed the thunderstorm on Monday. In a hurry, love to all, from, Kalty (?), Derwendage (?)."
It was sent to Mrs Arthur Lloyd, (sic), Old Shop, Gcuffordd (?), Guilsfield.
