Arrogance no answer

For sheer arrogance A T Heist's letter, August 13, on religion takes some beating. He says there is "no God" and "we have the answers".

Of course he doesn't have the answers and can no more prove there is no God than Christians can prove there is.

I suggest he tries reading The Goldilocks Enigma by Paul Davies, a rather silly title for a book that makes Stephen Hawking's A Brief History of Time seem childishly simple by comparison.

He would then realise that everything is not as simplistic as he would have us believe.
