Anti-crime street lights very silly
I am writing about Ellesmere's anti-crime street lights. Ellesmere's Cross Street car park anti-crime street lights are very silly indeed, because Ellesmere Town Council has planted trees next to the street lights.
I am writing about Ellesmere's anti-crime street lights. Ellesmere's Cross Street car park anti-crime street lights are very silly indeed, because Ellesmere Town Council has planted trees next to the street lights, so now only 60 per cent of the light reaches the ground.
Therefore, the town's CCTV system is less effective and, Ellesmere Town Council want to spend £7,000 on more street lights with a larger carbon footprint.
In the future as the trees become larger, the illumination will become less and the CCTV problems will become worse.
If the trees were planted mid-way between the street lights, then 100 per cent of the light would reach the ground and the town's CCTV system would be far more effective, today and in the future.
