The Seven Dwarfs at the Music Hall, with Aaron Prior, left, as Prince Antonio, Andy Fleming as Joey the Jester, and Scott King as Horis De HotpotTickets for Shrewsbury's pantomime Snow White, starring Neighbours beauty Natalie Blair, have already smashed box office records.

Sales are up 30 per cent on this time last year, with nearly half the seats already sold.

At the show's launch in the Music Hall today, programme and marketing manager Adam Burgan said: "More than 10,000 people have already got their seats to see the pantomime, which is a record for us.

"People are booking earlier and earlier to secure their seats and at this stage, just under half the tickets have gone so we still have plenty available."

Natalie will lead the cast this year, which includes BBC Radio Shropshire's Eric Smith as an elf and comedian Andy Fleming as Joey the Jester.

Prince Charming is played by Telford's own Aaron Prior, who went to William Brookes School in Much Wenlock.

The 22-year-old has also produced his own musical in London.
