Acciona Energy wants to site 11 wind turbines at Waun Garno, near Trefeglwys.
Officials from the Spanish-owned company will be holding an extra public exhibition of its plans to generate energy from wind next week, in their latest bid to allay the fears of some of the area's residents.
But opponents of the scheme, STAG - Save Trannon Moor Action Group, are planning to hold their own counter-exhibition at Trefegwlys Community Centre at the same time.
Both exhibitions will be held from 2-7pm on Tuesday.
Acciona Energy says its planned site at Waun Garno would be capable of producing 43 million units (kWh) of renewable energy a year - enough to supply about 9,300 homes or equivalent.
Mr John Green, for STAG, said: "I think the majority of people locally are unaware of the impact these turbines will have."
