Oakley, of Salters Lane, Shrewsbury, faces three charges of running travel and holiday firms while banned from managing or being the director of a company. He is also alleged to have operated the companies with the intention of defrauding customers.
He also denies using forged cheques and obtaining money by deception and a charge of attempting to pervert the course of justice.
