Two men killed during an apparent metal raid at a derelict Black Country factory were named today.
Steven Gough and Colin Martin, both from Dudley, were found dead at the disused Fontana nuts and bolts factory on the Excelsior Industrial Estate in Blackheath.
Police believe they may have been electrocuted by a live copper cable in the premises. They are also examining the possibility they were killed by carbon dioxide from a fire suppression system yesterday.
Today, Paul Gough, who runs Priory Park Boxing Club in Dudley, confirmed his nephew Steven Gough was one of the victims. The second man has been named locally as Colin Martin but police have not formally identified either of them.
Craig Bull, aged 18, and Jonathan Deeming, 24, both from Dudley, are due before magistrates in Halesowen charged with burglary in connection with the incident.
