I am quite sure that other employees will feel the same. This is quite ugly to say the least and certainly not an appropriate tribute to this lady. At first glance I thought it to be the work of a young person.
Equally thought-provoking are the paintings by Montgomery artist John Thompson, one entitled "Faceless City Gent". To him I would advise "don't give up the day job", but perhaps I do not appreciate talent and art.
