Letter: Hospital staff were faultless

Recently my 99-year-old mother recovered there for six weeks following a fall, and from a personal point of view the care received at Bridgnorth was faultless.
The staff were always on hand and happy to help with anything asked of them, they were all superb.
My mother made a full recovery and is now back at home, this I feel is thanks to the care given at Bridgnorth.
In my opinion, if all hospitals were managed as well as Bridgnorth, then elderly people would not be so afraid to be admitted.
We have also witnessed the opposite side to this from other local hospitals, where the elderly have been left sitting in bed for hours on end without any assistance.
My family and I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff and tea ladies of the Agnes Campbell Ward, for all their help and thoughtfulness shown towards my mother during her stay in Bridgnorth Hospital.
