Teacher cleared of having affair with pupil
A respected teacher from Mid Wales was cleared today of having a sexual relationship with a special needs pupil.

Teresa McKenzie, 39, was accused at Chester Crown Court of a 14-month affair with the boy starting when he was 16.
But after less than an hour of deliberations, the jury returned unanimous not guilty verdicts on all seven charges of sexual activity with a child by a person in a position of trust.
Tears rolled down her cheeks as McKenzie of Meifod, near Welshpool, Powys, and formerly of Chester Road, Tarporley, Cheshire, heard the verdicts.
Judge Thomas Teague QC immediately told her she was free to leave the dock.
