School closure update for Shropshire

A number of schools in the Shropshire Star region have announced closures on Monday November 29, following the icy weather:

Weston Lullingfields Primary School (frozen toilets and no heating)

Wistanstow School (heating problems)

Gobowen Primary School (closed due to a burst pipe).

Buntingsdale Infant and Nursery school, Ternhill (no heating)

Mereside Primary School - Shrewsbury: Closed for Key Stage One and years

three and four (no heating)

Meole Brace Primary School

Tilstock Primary School (frozen pipes)

Pontesbury Primary School (no heating)
