A Shropshire car dealer has been left devastated after thieves smashed their way into his garage and stole cars he had already sold to customers.
Mudassar Chohan has been left thousands of pounds out of pocket after the thieves broke into his car on his driveway in North Road in Wellington, Telford, on Wednesday and stole a satnav, documents and keys to other cars.
They then targeted the garage of his online car sales business, Autoland, in Bridge Road, Wellington, and stole two cars and the keys to eight other vehicles.
But yesterday, a friend phoned to say one of his cars, a Toyota Hilux, was abandoned in Waterloo Road, Ketley.
Two hours later, police called Mr Chohan to tell him his other car, a Toyota Hilux was found burned out in Holyhead Road Telford.
The 33-year-old father-of-two said today: "I got up for work and saw my car window had been smashed and I just thought it was another break-in.
"Then I went to work and discovered they broke the door on my store and took two cars which were both sold to customers.
"I'm now terrified and I haven't slept for two days. Who could do something like this?
"They took a Toyota Hilux, which I had sold. I now have to give the owner back his full deposit of £3,900, it's awful."
Telford police are asking anyone with information to call 0300 3333000 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
