A controversial retail and office complex in Shrewsbury town centre has been sold for £9.6 million.

Princess House has been bought by London investment company Rockspring Property Investment Managers.

The property, which is located in the county town's historic square, has been described in the past as the second most-hated building in the town. And some of the current tenants of it include branches of Starbucks and HSBC.
