A new restaurant could open at a Shrewsbury retail park, if fresh plans get the go-ahead.
Plans have been submitted to change the use of part of Unit 9 at Meole Brace Retail Park from retail to a restaurant.
The part of the unit affected by the plans is currently a Blockbuster Video store.
The proposals have been submitted by the unit's owners, Coal Pension Properties Ltd, after the expiry of permission granted in 2008 to convert the site into a cafe or restaurant.
