Shropshire crews called to spate of fires

Firefighters have been called to a spate of grass fires in Shropshire and Mid Wales over the weekend.

Among the incidents was a fire on Saturday in Doseley Road, Dawley, Telford, and one at Tan-y-Fron, Four Crosses, yesterday.

The fire service was also kept busy into the early hours of today with a fire involving three metres of hedging at Hadley Park Road, Leegomery.
