Three men bailed in Welshpool rape inquiry

Three men arrested in relation to a rape in Welshpool have been bailed.

The incident happened last Saturday at about 11.40pm, with the stretch of canal towpath between Spar and Tesco cordoned off as officers worked at the scene.

Detective Inspector Ian Andrews, of Dyfed-Powys Police, confirmed that three men had been arrested in relation to the offence and all had been released on bail.
