The blaze swept through the home in The Glebelands, Donnington, on Wednesday.
A 55-year-old woman, named locally as Barbara Owusu, was pulled from the house but paramedics were unable to save her life after she suffered serious injuries and had a heart attack.
Chris Ammonds, spokesman for Telford police, said: "The forensic work has been completed at the scene and officers have released the house. The fire is not being treated as suspicious and the home has been boarded up."
Another person was injured at the scene. Onlookers said the man in his 30s was trying to save the woman and received minor burns.
Neighbours of the victim will now be allowed back into their properties.
Smoke spread through at least four terraced buildings as the fire ripped through the roof of the victim's home.
