Thieves used bolt-cutters to rip a bright green model of a cow from its concrete base at a Telford housing development.
Daisy, a bright green calf decorated with daisies, was one of a herd created by students from Telford College of Arts and Technology (TCAT) to adorn Taylor Wimpey's Lawley Farm development.
The developer is now offering a reward of £100 in vouchers for any store in a bid to get her back.
The model, which is just over a metre tall, was taken a week ago after thieves used bolt cutters to cut it away from its concrete base.
Taylor Wimpey sales manager Helen Cormack and sales executives Gaenor Rowney and Ally Halford have asked members of the public to keep their eyes peeled and ears open in a bid to get Daisy back.
A spokesman for Taylor Wimpey said: "As she's a calf, whoever took her could probably have picked her up – they're secured by bolts into concrete and someone used bolt cutters apparently."
Anne Wallace, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Midlands, said: "The cows have taken pride of place at Lawley Farm since the summer and the whole team has become incredibly fond of them, so needless to say we're all devastated by the theft of Daisy.
"Not only have the herd become a real focal point of the development, they were also created by students who put hours of hard work into their transformation, so it's very disappointing to discover one is missing.
"If anyone has any information that could lead to the safe return of Daisy then please get in touch."
