Ellesmere's oldest shop is closing for the last time today after 140 years.
The Fred Roberts shop in Cross Street, run by the same family since 1872, will shut, with the loss of five jobs.
Fifth-generation owner Debbie Hayward, who runs the shop with her mother Beryl Hewitt, decided to call time on the store due to health reasons.
