Boss Andy Sinton has challenged AFC Telford United to pick up half the remaining points on offer to secure their Blue Square Bet Premier status.
The Bucks had earned 28 points from a possible 93 ahead of this afternoon's scheduled home clash with Forest Green Rovers – which was in doubt because of the cold snap – to lie 18th in the table, three places above the relegation zone.
But he believes their recruitment during the January transfer window has left them in a strong position to show significant improvement on that record in the next three months.

"It's a 15-game season with 45 points to play for," said Sinton.
"If we can get half of those points then we'll definitely be okay.
"We have to start setting targets and the first of those will be to get three points on the board. Once we do that, we will kick on."
Sinton was busy in January – signing defenders Chris Blackburn and Ben Futcher, winger Jonathan Brown and strikers Kyle Perry and Ryan Brooke.
Forward Marlon Jackson also joined, though a hamstring injury means the loanee has already returned to parent club Bristol City.
"We've got cover in all areas now," said Sinton. "There was another player I was chasing and who I was keen to get, but it obviously wasn't meant to be.
"We've got some good players and a good squad – this is a tough league and we've found out in the last couple of months just how tough.
"But there's no panic. We know what we have to do."
