The Office and Pirates of the Caribbean star Mackenzie Crook is to appear at this year's Shrewsbury Bookfest, organisers confirmed this afternoon.
The actor, who played Gareth in Ricky Gervais's hit comedy and Ragetti in the Pirates of the Caribbean movies, will be appearing at the bookfest's main festival on May 5 to talk about his new children's book called The Windvale Sprites.
He will give a talk to children at Shrewsbury School's Ashton Theatre between 6pm and 7pm.
