Two security guards are keeping the five 2ft tall eggs and 2,000 smaller eggs under lock and key.
Two companies on Stafford Park in Telford, Magna Specialist Confectioners and security firm RMP Group, will deliver them to schools, nurseries, children's wards and care homes.
Phil Connaughton, RMP Group's charity co-ordinator, said: "The Easter eggs are securely locked away in our compound as we have some very large security guards who are susceptible to a bit of chocolate."
Asda supermarket will raffle one of the eggs at its Donnington store on April 1.
