Traders in Oswestry have been warned to expect disruption when the Olympic Torch passes through the town on its way to London next month.
The town's Chamber of Commerce said that streets would be closed on May 30 as the flame passed through.
The route starts on Gobowen Road before going down Leg Street, English Walls and Church Street.
It then leaves Shropshire for Welshpool via Morda, Pant and Llanymynech.
Speaking at a chamber meeting, Kate Garner, Shropshire Council's community actions manager, said: "Businesses need to be aware that there will be rolling road closures and although it will not be for long there will be disruption."
