Vandals went on a wrecking spree in Shrewsbury, spray painting a number of parked cars and causing hundreds of pounds damage.
At least four vehicles parked in the Meole Brace area were targeted.
Red and blue paint was sprayed on the bodywork and windscreens in Wilton Green, Ryton Close and Maesbrook Road overnight on Wednesday, police said.
It follows a similar incident last month when several vehicles, also in the Meole Brace area, were sprayed with yellow paint.
Police have now launched an investigation.
Richard Ewels, a spokesman for West Mercia Police, said: "The two incidents may well be linked and we are treating them as criminal damage."
