Women in Ironbridge crash escape

Two women had a lucky escape when their car overturned in Ironbridge last night.

The crash happened at about midnight near the Robin Hood Inn, Waterloo Road, near Jackfield Bridge.

Both the women were out of the car when the emergency services arrived, and were checked over at the scene but suffered no serious injuries.

The car had landed on its roof, and was turned back over onto its wheels by the fire service.
