Ex-Shropshire care home boss in court

A 47-year-old former care home manager has appeared in court in relation to two charges of neglect and fraud.

Gillian Bould, of Uffington, near Shrewsbury, is charged with wilful neglect at Hillcrest Manor care home in Minsterley in December last year.

She is also charged with fraud by false representation between December 2010 and January this year.

Bould appeared at Shrewsbury Magistrates Court yesterday.

She did not enter a plea and was given conditional bail.

She will appear at Shrewsbury Magistrates Court again on August 2 for committal to crown court.
