Flowers stolen from graves at Ellesmere Cemetery

Flowers have been stolen from graves in a Shropshire cemetery.

Police are appealing for any information which might help identify a man seen taking flowers in Ellesmere Cemetery at Swan Hill at about 4.30am on Sunday.

A visitor challenged the man who became aggressive and an altercation took place. He then ran off.

The man police are trying to trace is described as white, aged about 30, around 5ft 10ins tall and of stocky build. Police can be contacted on 101.
