About 2,000 residents in Ellesmere were without water today after a pipe burst.
People getting ready for work and school were left without water or just a trickle for more than three hours after the pipe in Canal Way burst at about 6am.
Hundreds of customers throughout the whole SY12 postcode were affected.
Supplier Severn Trent sent engineers to the site and managed to restore the supply at 9.15am but repairs to the problem are ongoing.
