Ice warning in Shropshire as temperatures to hit -6C
The big freeze continued to hold Shropshire and Mid Wales in its grip today as the Met Office issued a yellow ice warning for the county.

Forecasters warned temperatures would plunge to -6C (21F) tomorrow night and remain close to freezing for the rest of the week – although Saturday could see a slight thaw.
There was a chance of more snow in Shropshire today and again on Friday.
The big chill saw Royal Mail cancel its deliveries in Telford yesterday.
John Hall, from Shrewsbury's Shop in the Loop group of traders, said shoppers had been staying away.
But Martin Young, Met Office chief forecaster, said the county is likely to stay icy over the next few days.
He said: "A few further centimetres of snow are likelyand the easterly breeze will make it feel very cold."
