Shrewsbury Town are go in search for new kit
Shrewsbury Town fans have two more choices when helping to pick next season's home kit – including a FAB one with a Thunderbirds-look-alike style.
But time is running out for supporters to place their vote.
The additional designs went on the club's website earlier this week, but voting closes at 5pm today.
One features a distinctive amber diagonal slash across the front of the shirt – similar to the uniform worn by Virgil Tracy in the hit puppet show Thunderbirds.
A spokesman for the club said: "We have taken note of the feedback we have received personally, by email and comments made via social media regarding the fans' designs for the new home kit for next season.
"The general view of the range of designs was not favourable and we have replaced the least popular design with two more popular styles from the entries.
"The final choice will be sent for mock up by the suppliers and there may be slight changes to accommodate materials, stitching, collar type, sitting of the sponsors logo, etc.
"The club appreciates the fans wish to keep with the blue and amber theme and this is why the designs selected have been chosen with this in mind."
Martin James, the club's community development manager, said: "Once again we have the opportunity for the fans have a say in the home kit that Shrewsbury Town will be playing in next season.
"After the positive feedback from supporters of the fan's choice of the last home and away kit, we look forward to supporters getting involved in large numbers.
"We hope that everyone will be happy with the final choice and that it will give Town a smart look on the pitch, and that supporters will look forward to wearing the new club shirt as they follow the team home and away.
"All five designs have their own merits and have been based on fan designs."
Supporters can also pick up a voting slip from the club shop at the Greenhous Meadow.
