Rugby star Phil Vickery visits Shrewsbury for clothing launch
Former England rugby captain Phil Vickery was due in Shrewsbury today to officially launch his new clothing range.
The rugby legend was due at Rackhams in High Street from 12.30pm.
Mr Vickery started designing his Raging Bull leisurewear and sportswear range about five years ago. It is now being stocked in shop's menswear department.
Rugby fans have been invited to the store to meet Mr Vickery, who will be signing autographs.
Phil is a former English rugby union tighthead prop and member of the England squad.
He was in England's World Cup winning squad in 2003, playing in all seven matches in the tournament, and is a former England captain.
Vickery ended his club rugby career at Wasps, joining the London side in 2006 after eleven years with Gloucester. He had the nickname 'Raging Bull'.
