The television programme will be filmed at Gregynog Hall, Tregynon, near Welshpool, on July 4.
Entry to the filming is free and organisers are expecting a full house. But the main route to the historic hall is the subject of major water mains renewal work.
The B4390 is facing two road closures between Manafon and Berriew but a spokesman for Powys County Council said work would be suspended on July 4.
