Georgia Williams funeral service date set
The funeral of Telford teenager Georgia Williams will take place next Friday.
Her family has requested that no black is worn at the celebration of 17-year-old Georgia's life, instead asking mourners to wear bright colours.
Georgia's body was found in woodland just off the Nant-y-Garth pass near Wrexham last Friday after a nationwide search.
She went missing after telling her parents she was visiting friends. They raised the alarm when she did not return as expected.
Georgia's funeral service will be held at All Saints' Church in Wellington at 2.15pm on Friday. Donations in lieu of flowers will be collected in aid of the church and Help for Heroes.
Announcing the funeral date, Georgia's family said: "We would like to thank the community of Wellington for their thoughts and support at this tragic time."
Jamie Reynolds, 22, of Avondale Road, has been remanded in custody charged with Georgia's murder.
