The owners of The Swan Hotel, in Wellington, are selling the pub after more than three decades of pulling pints in the market town. The property boasts a turnover of more than £300,000 each year.

The pub, on the junction of Watling Street and Mill Bank by the Cock Hotel, is run under management. The owners Christopher and Barbara Witton are now ready to retire and are looking for freehold offers around £450,000.
