The accident happened on the A518 Newport bypass, close to Mere Park Garden Centre, at about 12.30pm.
Chris Ammonds, spokesman for West Mercia Police, said the accident might have been caused by a fuel spillage in the area.
He said there were no serious injuries.
Highways staff attended to clean the road. A police car was leading traffic through the area at a slow pace.
John Hawker, a spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service, said: "One car rolled over and a woman was taken to the Princess Royal Hospital by rapid response vehicle."
