Patients group launches survey at Bishop's Castle Medical Practice
Bishop's Castle Patients Group (BCPG) has this week launched its 2014 patient survey.
The short survey is open to all those registered with Bishop's Castle Medical Practice and is available for collection from the surgery, Bishop's Castle pharmacy or Enterprise House in the town. Completed surveys may be returned to the same locations.
The purpose of the survey is to help BCPG and the medical practice understand the needs of Bishop's Castle patients. A spokesman for BCPG said: "The group is committed to maintaining excellent communications between the patients and the practice and to ensuring that registered patients are able to contribute to the development of the practice.
"Last year's survey was the first from BCPG and it resulted in a 37 per cent response rate.
"BCPG hopes to do even better this year and is especially keen to hear from the younger age groups who were poorly represented in 2013."
The analysis and results of the survey will be published in March and will be made available in the surgery, online and on notice boards in Bishop's Castle.
