Old laptops sought to help Newport care centre
A care centre is looking for businesses to donate old laptops so it can teach its elderly clients how to surf the web.

The Cottage Care Centre in Newport hopes to launch a scheme that would see children from local schools coming on-site to teach clients how to use computers.
Angie Lucas, of the care centre, said: "We think that this is a great opportunity for interaction between the generations and benefiting all."
The centre needs six laptops to get the scheme off the ground. Anyone who can help should call (01952) 820893.
