Shropshire committee changes in spotlight
The future of local joint committees in Shropshire will come under the spotlight when the St Oswald and Llanymynech group meets next week.

Residents are being encouraged to attend the last meeting for the financial year to hear about proposals to change the format of future meetings. Joint committees were set up by Shropshire Council to make local government more accessible across the county. But Shropshire Council is proposing to drop the funding in its attempts to make savings.
The meeting is at Knockin Assembly Rooms on Tuesday at 7pm.
